How to use
【Basic clear dashi】
Add the dashi pack to a pot with 500 ml of water and swirl the pack around using a pair of chopsticks around 5 times. Bring the liquid to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing the dashi pack.
Since you can now extract the rich umami flavors of vegetables quickly and easily, you can shorten your cooking time by using this as a seasoning for soups and stews.
