"Kombu and Katsuo DASHI Pack" mainly uses mild Kombu kelp and hint of fresh Bonito flavor for compliment. It has rich Kombu DASHI from Rishiri resion (one of the best harvest resion for Kombu).

  1. Put the DASHI Pack into 3.6~5.4L of boiling water.
  2. Simmer for 7~15 minutes by low heat, then remove the pack.
