This seasoned rice pack can be used to make gomoku rice that contains generous amounts of carrot, bamboo shoot, burdock root, fried tofu, as well as baby scallops.
The scallops are mixed with dashi that has been simmered with eight kinds of ingredients including dried bonito, dried sardines, kombu, dried mackerels, Shiitake mushrooms, red sea bream, clams, and scallops, to create an exquisite product with rich umami flavors.
