While using ON THE UMAMI’s popular Umami Dashi Vegetables dashi pack as the base, we added brown rice black vinegar and savory sauteed onions to round out this dressing that has a rich flavor that combines mild acidity with robust sweetness.
Not only does it go well with vegetables salads, it can also be used to season sauteed chicken, steamed chicken, roast beef, and other meat dishes. It does not contain chemical taste enhancers or food preservatives.
