How to use
【Basic clear dashi】
Add the dashi pack to a pot with 400 ml of water and swirl the pack around using a pair of chopsticks around 5 times. Bring the liquid to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes before removing the dashi pack.
You can enjoy the unique aroma of dried bonito flakes in soups, chawanmushi, and ochazuke.
【Tearing the dashi pack before using it】
If you tear the dashi pack and add its contents directly to your dishes, you can further infuse them with the aroma of dried bonito flakes.
You can use the contents of this dashi pack as a topping for dishes that you wish to infuse with the aroma of dried bonito, or dishes whose aroma you wish to enhance.
