|1 pack Satori dashi|
|1/2 teaspoon Light soy sauce|
|1 teaspoon Sake|
|1/4 teaspoon Salt|
|Preferred amount of your choice of ingredients.|
1) Add water and Satori dashi in a pot over a medium low heat. Once boiled, lower heat for 5 minutes and take out the pack.
2) Add sake and once boiled add salt and light soy sauce, then turn heat off.
3) Serve in a bowl with your choice of ingredients, then pour broth prepared in step 2.
