Perfect as an ingredient in soba broth, tempura dipping sauce, and donburi sauce, you can also add this directly to dishes to elevate their flavors. As this dashi comes in the form of a concentrate, you can use it to season dishes to taste by simply diluting it with tap water or hot water.
