| Ingredients 2 servings |
| 2 tablespoons Noodle soup base |
| 120ml Water |
| 1/2 cake of firm tofu |
| Starch for preferred thickness |
| Oil for cooking |
1) Wrap the firm tofu with kitchen paper and dry it well.
2) Add starch to ingredients in step 1 and fry in heated oil.
3) Pour the Dashi-maker’s noodle sauce and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
4) Put the tofu from step 2 into a container and pour the sauce from step 3. Add any spices and seasonings to taste.
