|Ingredients 2 servings|
|2 tablespoons Noodle soup base|
|1/2 cake of firm tofu|
|Starch for preferred thickness|
|Oil for cooking|
1) Wrap the firm tofu with kitchen paper and dry it well.
2) Add starch to ingredients in step 1 and fry in heated oil.
3) Pour the Dashi-maker’s noodle sauce and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
4) Put the tofu from step 2 into a container and pour the sauce from step 3. Add any spices and seasonings to taste.
