This product maximizes the umami flavors of dashi without using any chemical seasonings or preservatives.
With a rich flavor achieved by combining six different types of blended dashi, this can be used as a delicious ingredient in omelet rolls, udon broth, chawanmushi, etc.

As this dashi comes in the form of a concentrate, you can use it to season dishes to taste by simply diluting it with tap water or hot water.
