Dashiya’s white dashi is made by harnessing the unique expertise of dashi producers.

This product maximizes the umami flavors of dashi without using any chemical seasonings or preservatives.

With a rich flavor achieved by combining six different types of blended dashi, this can be used as a delicious ingredient in omelet rolls, udon broth, chawanmushi, etc.

The clarity of the dashi can also make the vibrant colors of your ingredients stand out more.

As this dashi comes in the form of a concentrate, you can use it to season dishes to taste by simply diluting it with tap water or hot water.
