1 tablespoon White dashi |
1 teaspoon Olive oil |
5g Butter |
20g Mentaiko |
80g Pasta |
1 slice Lemon |
Preferred amount of radish sprouts |
1) Prepare by adding White dashi, olive oil, mentaiko and butter in a bowl.
2) Add boiled pasta into the bowl prepared in step 1 and mix well.
3) Serve on a plate and place lemon and radish sprouts.
