| 2 teaspoons Dashi-maker’s Clear Shiro dashi |
| 50ml Water |
| 2 teaspoons Mirin sweet rice wine |
| 3 Eggs |
| Oil for cooking |
1) Beat eggs in a bowl and add Dashi-maker’s Clear Shiro dashi, water and Mirin sweet rice wine and mix.
2) Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the egg solution with 5 to 7 increments while shaping it.
