Rolled eggs with dashi
Ingredients 2 servings
 2 teaspoons Dashi-maker’s Clear Shiro dashi
 50ml Water
 2 teaspoons Mirin sweet rice wine
 3 Eggs
 Oil for cooking

 

1) Beat eggs in a bowl and add Dashi-maker’s Clear Shiro dashi, water and Mirin sweet rice wine and mix.

2) Heat small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the egg solution with 5 to 7 increments while shaping it.
